WLC 400: WLC Major Capstone
Description
Students work with the instructor and WLC faculty advisors to research, synthesize, write and present their Capstone projects. Students will also assemble a Graduation Portfolio reflecting how each MLO was met. This course is required for all Japanese, Spanish and World Languages and Cultures majors.
Narrative
One day a week the Spanish and Japanese majors would meet for a 4 hour class. Our advisors would give us a rundown and time table of what needed to be completed while we worked on specific parts of our capstone project. This class helped let us meet with our advisor one on one for help in the capstone process. Many times we were informed of examples ideas to help our progress. The main idea for the glass was to organize our information and set reasonable goals to get things done. Easier said than done. Overall it was our study hall to dedicate at least 4 hours a week to our project. Woohoo, it worked. Click on "Capstone Project" at the top and you can see my finished work!
